Our veterinary laboratory technology provides diagnostic results quickly and efficiently, ensuring timely results for treatments. We collaborate with one of the biggest veterinary laboratories to run in house blood work.
Fecal testing; This can tell us if your pet has any intestinal parasites, among other things.
Urine testing; This can tell us a multitude of things, including the function of their kidneys and other organ functions.
Basic organ function test blood work (chemistries including kidney, liver, pancreas, etc)
Complete blood count (red blood cells and white blood cells)
Heartworm and tick-borne disease screening
FeLV/FIV screening; This test is specific for cats and can tell us if they have feline leukemia virus or feline immunodeficiency virus.
Yearly wellness blood work and senior blood work (after 7 years of age) are highly recommended. If necessary, our doctor can connect with internal medicine for complex cases.
Skin, ear and other cytology
X-ray; Radiographs are a valuable tool to diagnose a range of diseases when an animal gets sick. We highly recommend to sedate pets before taking X-rays if they do not have pre-existing conditions to avoid issues.
Ultrasound: we are partner of Oncura and their internal medicine doctors are available to support us if necessary.
Echocardiogram: Cardiologist are available to interpret our echocardiogram. Echocardiogram is very valuable tool to explore cause of heart issues with ultrasound.
Ultrasound guided needle biopsy or cystocentesis.
